7th Sunday Funday presents: LIVE AGAIN! Festival will take place on Saturday July 10th, 2021 from 14:30 – 24:00 hrs. & Sunday July 11th, 2021 from 13:00 – 22:00 hrs.

The entrance will close 3 hours before the end.

Minimum age

The minimum age for 7th Sunday Festival presents: LIVE AGAIN! Festival is 18 years, no exceptions will be made. 

You should be able to identify yourself, either with a passport, ID or driver’s license.

7th ticket not valid

Your 7th Sunday Festival ticket for 2022 is not valid for LIVE AGAIN! Festival.

Canceled Barcodes

7th Sunday Festival presents: LIVE AGAIN! Festival tickets (were and) are available exclusively through our own website. You are not allowed to buy or sell your ticket via TicketSwap, Marktplaats, Viagogo, Tickettack, Tickets4U, etc. 

In the past we have experienced a lot hassle with people and companies who have earned a lot of money by reselling tickets. That is why we have to set a limit. Every year we welcome +/- 350 people at the entrance who are almost crying because they are not allowed to enter the festival with the ticket they have bought through secondary ticket platforms, such as Ticketswap, Viagogo, Marktplaats etc. So we found it necessary to warn are visitors and take measures.

If you have bought your ticket at one of these ticket platforms anyway, you are a non registered ticket buyer and there is a high chance that your ticket is has been canceled. Check the canceled barcodes here.

Personalization

For 7th Sunday Festival presents: LIVE AGAIN! Festival ticket personalization is mandatory.

After ordering a festival ticket, you will receive a confirmation email in which we ask you to link your personal data to your ticket. Deadline: Thursday July 8th.

Haven't received my tickets

Have tickets been sent out, but have you not received them? Then you can use the CM self-service tool to receive your tickets again. 

If you still have not received any tickets, there may have been a mistake in the e-mail address during the ordering process. Please contact the CM helpdesk via WhatsApp.

Name change

If the personalization data you entered is incorrect or outdated, unfortunately you cannot change it yourself. Our ticket provider CM can do this for you. Please contact their helpdesk via WhatsApp.

Please mention your order number and send a proof of payment (transaction of your bank, or screenshot) so they can help you immediately. This is free of charge.

Parking Ticket

Parking will cost €15, but if you grab your parking ticket in the pre sale it is only €12. Be smart and grab a parking ticket in the pre sale online.

Shuttle Service from Eindhoven

For only €15,- p.p. you can get a return ticket for a shuttle bus from Eindhoven Central Station to LIVE AGAIN! Festival and back. Check more info here.

COVID Certificate
For LIVE AGAIN! Festival you need a Covid Certificate (QR-code), which you can create with your DigiD in the CoronaCheck-app if you:
👉 Have a (complete) vaccination certificate
👉 Proof that you have recovered from COVID
👉 Have a negative Testing for Entry result

Important:
Up until the entrance of LIVE AGAIN! Festival, the basic rules of the RIVM apply. So keep 1.5m distance from each other and wear a face cap when this is not possible. For example, in the queue at the entrance. As soon as your QR-code has been checked in the CoronaCheck app, the face mask can go off.

Are you Dutch and fully vaccinated? CoronaCheck has a link with the RIVM and the GGD. Log in with your DigiD and the data will automatically and directly be retrieved and placed in the app. The Netherlands does not have a waiting period. People can therefore generate their vaccination certificate immediately after the registration of the 2nd vaccination with Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca or after the first vaccination with Janssen.

Did you had a positive PCR corona test at the GGD which is not older than 180 days? And not shorter than 12 days? Then the GGD will issue a digital recovery certificate (after July 1st).

If you are not (fully) vaccinated yet? Get tested via Testing for Entry and convert your negative test result into a DCC in the CoronaCheck-App. You will receive the test result within an hour. You have to get tested within 40 hours prior to the event at an affiliated test provider nearest to you, booked via Testing for Entry. It is not possible to do this via the GGD or an other testing facility. This also applies to our foreign visitors.

Our foreign visitors need an EU Digital Corona Certificate (DCC), which is not older than 40 hours. Generated via an app or website from the country of residence. Please check the latest information about a DCC in your country. If the information is not sufficient in your country? Make an appointment via Testing for Entry in the Netherlands and upload the results in the CoronaCheck-app.

Checklist

If LIVE AGAIN! Festival cannot take place

If LIVE AGAIN! Festival cannot take place due to the Coronavirus, we will immediately start the refund procedure. The money (excluding service fee) will automatically be refunded within 4 weeks.

Positive corona test

Tested positive? Mail your positive test result to [email protected] and your ticket (excl. fee) will be refunded.

Foreign visitors

If you are from abroad and not a Dutch citizen, you are most certainly welcome at LIVE AGAIN! Festival! but you need an EU Digital Covid Certificate (DCC), which is not older than 40 hours. Generated via an app or website from the country of residence. Please check the latest information about a DCC in your country. If the information is not sufficient in your country? Make an appointment via Testing for Entry in the Netherlands and upload the results in the CoronaCheck-app. It is free of charge. The test result is valid for 40 hours, so you must get tested within 40 hours prior to LIVE AGAIN! Festival. To minimize risk, we recommend that you get tested as close to the opening of the event.

Change ticket (Day 1 & Day 2)

It is not possible to change your Day 1 festival ticket with a Day 2 festival ticket or vice versa.

After exactly one year of uncertainty, May 2021 will unfortunately come too early for 7th Sunday Festival. We considered so many options, but there is only one conclusion…7th Sunday Festival is during Pentecost! During the start of the season, where we can dance together for the first time under the rays of spring.

Despite the fact that we are eager to party, dance & start adventures with you again, we will use this time to relive and enjoy everything we have experienced together. Adopt all the energy and passion into creating the best and most special edition of 7th Sunday Festival☀️💛

Ticket for 2022

All 2020 7th Sunday Festival tickets are automatically converted to 2022 tickets and valid on June 5th.

Save your confirmation email you have received after the purchase of your 7th Sunday Festival 2020 ticket. Lost the email and your order number? Request your order information again via our ticket provider CM. They are working on this option at the moment (more info soon).

After personalization you will receive your ticket 3 days prior to the festival, on June 2nd, 2022.

*Your 7th Sunday Festival 2022 ticket is not valid for LIVE AGAIN! Festival. 

Voucher

When you applied for a voucher in 2020, you still have “7th Sunday credit”. We didn’t send you a voucher code yet, but to make it a lot easier for you…we have chosen to automatically convert your voucher into a ticket for Sunday June 5th, 2022.

The refund deadline has passed, it is not longer possible to request a refund if you don’t want to join us next year.

Refund

The refund deadline has passed, it is not longer possible to request a refund if you don’t want to join us next year. The full amount including service fee will be transferred to your account on June 23th, 2021 (13 months after the original date, check saveyourticket rules for more info). 

Personalisation

It is currently not possible or necessary to personalize your ticket. The personalization tool will reopen (free of charge) and each ticket will have to be personalized again. You will receive your ticket 3 days prior to the festival, on June 2nd, 2022.

Start Ticket Sale

The Ticket Sale for 7th Sunday Festival 2022 will start later this year. Please keep an eye on our socials for more information. We will inform you well in advance, don’t worry!

Many tickets have been sold already, because a lot of you guys kept your 2020 ticket❤️  Once we start our ticket sale, make sure to grab a ticket in time, it could go faster than ever.

Lost my ticket

Did you loose your ticket? Do not panic! If you have tried CM’s resend option, it is true that you cannot find your tickets. This is because the event has already ‘passed’ and the system cannot load that data. CM is now working on implementing the data of the 2020 visitors into the event of 2021 … But no stress, your tickets are still valid!

If you do nothing, you will automatically take your ticket with you to the edition of June 5th, 2022.

Haven’t received my tickets yet

That’s right! Nobody has received their ticket for 7th Sunday Festival yet. You will receive your official ticket 3 days prior to the event (June 2nd), once your personalized your ticket. It is currently not necessary and / or possible to personalize yourself. The personalization tool will reopen at a later time (free of charge), so that everyone can (again) personalize themselves.

Did you win tickets?

Tickets that you have won during a giveaway on one of our official 7th Sunday Festival channels: Facebook, Facebook event or Instagram will automatically be transferred to tickets for 2022. Refunds are not possible. You will receive your tickets, just like normal ticket buyers, 3 days prior to 7th Sunday Festival. All tickets will be send on Thursday, June 2nd (please check your spam inbox). 

Bus tickets

Contact the bus company where you bought your tickets. Every bus company has a different procedure.

Unfortunately we cannot help you with your bus tickets. Of course we hope that the bus company will cooperate.

Secondary ticketplatforms

From the start we have communicated on our website the following:

7th Sunday Festival tickets (were and) are available exclusively through our own website. You are not allowed to buy or sell your ticket via TicketSwap, Marktplaats, Viagogo, Tickettack, Tickets4U, etc.

If you have bought your ticket at one of these ticketplatforms anyway, you are an non registered ticket buyer and we can’t do anything for you. Therefore you are completely dependent on the officially registered ticket buyer.

 

So buy your tickets via the official website in the future, then the organization sees you as a registered ticket buyer…
